Estudiantes, empresas aliadas, especialistas y autoridades se reunieron en la sede del Instituto Técnico CEFIM para reflexionar e intercambiar experiencias sobre la formación profesional dual, en un evento que buscaba, entre otras cosas, fortalecer los lazos entre los diferentes actores del sector.

Desde DESK Hospitality, pudimos compartir a través de una videoconferencia las lecciones aprendidas durante 10 años de proyectos internacionales con entidades que, como CEFIM, se inspiran en el modelo dual suizo para ofrecer una formación en la que los alumnos no solo cultivan destrezas prácticas, sino también aptitud para la adaptación, responsabilidad, colaboración y autoconfianza.

When a young woman completes her training at the Pearlcrest Hospitality Training Institute in Uganda, the positive impact doesn't stop with her. Her family eats better. Debts are paid off. Women who once struggled to get through the week are now supporting others in their communities.

This webinar demonstrated how this transformation occurs and why mentoring, rather than just the curriculum, is at the heart of it.

Les partenariats simplifiés et les partenariats de coopération sont les deux formats d’entrée dans la coopération européenne dans le domaine de l’éducation dans le cadre de l’Action clé 2 (AC2) d’Erasmus+.

Dans le cadre de l’association de la Suisse à Erasmus+ prévue à partir de 2027, ce webinaire nous a proposé une introduction concise ainsi que des informations sur ces deux formats, qui permettront à DESK Hospitality de collaborer avec des organisations partenaires de différents pays sur une thématique liée à la formation professionnelle.

We just wrapped up an intensive mission at IMS, focusing on the evaluation and strategic growth of the Hospitality-PRO program.

Over three days of deep-dive assessments, we focused on assessing our global implementation and specialized training frameworks. Meeting with students, IMS tutors and company trainers give us an interesting feed-back about the effectiveness of the on-the-job training.

Two intense days of networking and capacity building in preparation for impactful projects. In Valencia, the Erasmus Capital of Europe, we met at Xabec and Altaviana, to learn from each other:

- Impact measurement and storytelling sessions
- Inside sighting of the European network InnMain
- Working group sessions for cooperation projects
