In 2024, a DESK Hospitality online mentoring programme led by Nathalie Gloor, vocational trainer and adult educator, was carried out to strengthen the competences of CEFIM's management and educational team in specific areas of dual vocational training. During the last meeting on 2 September, the team from the CEFIM Technical Institute presented some of the products they had created for trainees (dual notebook and online form for sending feedback), companies (guidelines for training pathways and regulations for in-company trainings), and teachers (competence evaluation form and follow-up monitoring tools).
